Even if, for most of the people, frequent travelers are part of that envy-worthy glamour world (we all know at least one person who envies us for our lifestyle), we know that frequent business trips have a tendency to become a source of stress. But, as the intelligent adaptive individuals that we are, each one of us has found little tips and tricks to help ease the stress, and even transform the whole journey into a pleasant experience.

  1. I have learned to keep my stress level low. It is not such a big deal anymore if the plane is delayed. I keep my energy to stress about other things 😉

    Arrive in good time at the airport to avoid any stress.
    Eat healthy food and not too much.
    Avoid alcohol.
    sleep well.
    Try to have some fun.
